THANK YOU!! I am truly grateful to all of the wonderful humans I connected with yesterday 🤝 at the MMEA In-Service conference hosted by Maryland Music Educators Assoc 🎶. I heard loads of stories from heroic teachers 🦸, got to collaborate with them on real educational solutions 💪, and watched a bunch of brains level up during my workshop on learning design 🌱.

I hope to see everyone in February, when I'll be at Maryland's state conference AND in TX at TMEA's conference.

Special shoutout to those that continuously support making events like this possible for the PIXEL brand ( Corrin Taylor ☀️, HoneyCombs_Sweet_Treats Vanessa)

October's Newsletter is out! 🤙 Students are being told AI is cheating. Then they walk into a workforce where AI fluency is one of the most in-demand skills out there. 💪 This issue explores that gap.

Check it out, get inspired, and tell me where YOUR learners land on the AI spectrum.

In this issue, I explore ADKAR, a change-management framework from the business world, and how its five stages translate surprisingly well to effective learning design.

Whether you're introducing a new routine, strategy, technology, or process, you can't just announce change and expect it to happen!

Check it out, get inspired, and let me know how YOU successfully shepherd change.

I like to live dangerously testing my 9V batteries 🔋, but orchestrating double reeds in 1965? That's another level of cool 😎.
