I often talk about how important movement is as one of the components of the D.R.E.S.S.S. Model I work with- E for exercise and movement doesn’t have to be bodybuilding at the gym- options at home are affordable and readily available- take a break while cooking, stop during commercial breaks. 2 years ago I established my LLC, without clear path on where it would go. I started doing small events in my home to educate on holistic health and included activities we would make together. I have a great core group of ladies that I often networked with along the way. I am grateful for all the trials and challenges because it only made me stronger and more determined to establish my vision.

Today I'm happy to announce that I will start seeing patients NEXT WEEK in a new location on Pierce Street in Kingston. My in-person visits will be Mondays and Thursday at this time and focusing on:
