On Thursday, December 21, 2023, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force arrested:
Lucien Boutin
Age: 20
North Hampton, NH

For Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell, Sales of a Controlled Drug (X3), Transporting Drugs (X3), and Common Nuisance. Mr. Boutin is being held at the Rockingham County Jail on $25,000.00 Cash bail. This investigation was made possible by the NH Opioid Substance Abuse Grant, Granite Shield.
