The new album 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙖𝙮 is out April 24th via

From Mikaela:

Once upon a time in the west I fell down the rabbit hole and woke up in a place where dreams and reality meet:

The hourglass has officially been turned over and there’s nothing left to do but watch the gravity flow of songs fly away from the comfort of my little nest 🪺 This album was born in the hills of Glendale, California on a dead end street high above Chevy Chase Canyon, where the coyotes howl and Bubu the cat roams free.  and I spent many moons exploring the stories that have shaped my life, creating a few of our own, and finding the thread that ties us all together. With Captain  at the helm, we followed that thread until we found the end of it. Here’s where the story begins…

“(Looking Through) Rose Colored Glasses” single and music video are out today! Peek into my world created by  &  with a little help from our friends  &  🌈🍀🤡

The legendary voice of The Gipsy Kings went into the studio with Levon Minassian, the renowned musician of that rare instrument the duduk, to perform, with their own artistic sensibility, the Armenian anthem:”Die Yaman.”

A song that presently takes on an even more universal dimension at a time when the world is questioning the future.

The power of Nicolas Reyes’s voice, bringing all the emotion of the Gypsy spirit, turns this traditional melody into a sacred air. Tenderness and simplicity, but also an incredible intensity-this is what stands out first and foremost in this unique and authentic version. A stripped-down rendition in which each verse brings profound richness.

Nicolas Reyes says: “ ‘Dle Yaman’ fully belongs in the  musical and artistic universality we embody, to which I am deeply attached.”

𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓦𝓸𝓻𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓻 by OUT NOW

From Al 💌:
I’ve always been afraid of everything. Anxious. Yearning. Sorry. Worried. Lucky. I was a sensitive child and I’m a sensitive adult. My whole life I’ve only ever wanted to fall in love. I’ve lost people I needed. But this year I’m holding on. I made this record once and then I made it again. I started over. I held on. I’m the Worrier, but that’s my strength. This record is a mirror. I hope these songs make you feel less alone, less afraid. I hope you see yourself somewhere in them.

Even as a scared child, I had a dream to sing songs and write songs and perform and maybe I’d fall in love along the way. The dream has a heartbeat and it’s loud.

Here’s some songs about it all. It’s yours. Thank goodness. Happy Friday the 13th. I’m superstitious. I’m lucky. I want to believe.

This record, like every record I have made and ever will make, is for Keith.

Thank you my dream team who makes me feel like a star & the biggest deal on Planet Crush and beyond- Drew Frankel, Peter Himberger, Sierra Flach & Jon Moss.

Thank you to this amazing band for creating this with me. I got to make something with my friends. How lucky am I? Go support all of them. They MADE this world with me.

New single “Welcome to the Show” is OUT NOW 🎊

From Al: The last single before ‘The Worrier’ comes out on February 13th. My NYE song I needed last year and the year before and this year too. I knew I needed a song about not going back. I kept telling myself I’d wait for the first snow to move on. I thought I wrote it for someone, hoping they’d hear- but I think it’s a note from the future, folded and passed back for me to read. And now it’s for you too. 💌
