HUDSON VALLEY POLE ARTS is Hudson Valley's premiere pole dance/fitness studio located in Kingston, New York, and the only Hudson Valley aerial studio devoted SOLELY to pole dance fitness. As such, we've focused on creating one intimate space with industry essentials, including ACE/AFAA certified instructors and six spinning/static stainless steel poles.

studio to hold internationally-recognized ACE/AFAA pole-fitness certifications. XPERT and elevatED certifications are the most comprehensive courses of their kind, being accredited by the top fitness certifying organizations across the globe - ACE, AFAA, REPSUK, REPSSA, REPSNZ, Fitness Australia, Skills Active & Active IQ – and are endorsed by PDC. Some studios believe in-studio training is a synonym for "certified." As pole is an aerial art, safety and technique are always at the forefront of our mind! We offer ONLY ACE/AFAA-certified, experienced (6-10 years worth) pole instructors. We have learned from and trained with the BEST pole competitors in the world- and our training is ongoing because we LOVE what we do! We strive to bring the very best instruction to Hudson Valley!

-We're the only Hudson Valley studio to utilize industry standard equipment (unpainted, stainless steel dance poles) and heavy-duty crash pads. Pole is an aerial art form, and safety is of the utmost importance!
