Dear Valued Customers and Community,
We regret to inform you that Big Bouncy Party's play center at Kingston Collection mall will be closing on Saturday, July 26, 2025. This will mark our final day of operations at this location, as the mall has allocated our space to another tenant.
Over the past two years at Kingston Collection, we have been privileged to build the Big Bouncy Party brand and provide memorable entertainment experiences for countless families. However, ongoing facility challenges—including infrastructure issues with the building's HVAC system, plumbing, and structural maintenance—have significantly impacted our ability to deliver the exceptional service standards our customers deserve.
While our tenure at Kingston Collection has presented operational challenges, we remain committed to serving our community. We are actively seeking new premises with superior infrastructure and professional management to better support our mission of providing safe, enjoyable family entertainment.
We anticipate reopening in a new location between October and November 2025, where we look forward to offering your families an enhanced playground experience that meets our high standards for quality and service.
