"What has orchestra meant to you over the years?"

"Orchestra has connected me to many people & given me many opportunities to see places that otherwise I would have likely never seen. My friends and I would not have nearly as many memories together if not for orchestra. This is all thanks to our directors who have fostered long term relationships within the orchestra program."

"Orchestra to me has really been an opportunity to develop skills that make an individual extremely well-rounded, and DB Orchestra has allowed me to see the benefits of being a musician all throughout my life."

"What has orchestra meant to you over the years?"

"Orchestra has been a place that has allowed me consistency in my relationships with my classmates throughout all of high school. I have made deeper connections with my peers in orchestra than anywhere else at DB. It has also allowed me a lot of experiences I would not have gotten otherwise, like field trips and musical experiences like concert performance assessment."
