Labor Day weekend is almost here! 🇺🇸

We’re heading to one of our favorite cities, Pittsburgh, to spend the weekend visiting family. 🖤💛 It’s become a little tradition we try to keep every Labor Day weekend, and we’re looking forward to getting back there.

I have a travel confession. 😂

I’m a travel advisor, but there are still places everyone seems to LOVE that just aren’t very high on my list.

And then there are places I’d go back to tomorrow without even unpacking first. ✈️

“Cruises are too expensive.” 🚢💰

But are we comparing the whole vacation?

A beach week isn’t just the condo. It’s groceries, restaurants, gas, parking, activities and entertainment… plus somebody is still cooking, doing dishes, cleaning up and making beds. 😳

On a cruise? Your room, meals, entertainment, activities and transportation between destinations are largely bundled together.

Sometimes the beach wins. Sometimes the cruise wins.

We weren’t looking for a rainbow.

We were simply wandering the colorful streets, taking in the architecture, and enjoying the moment.
