Registrations will take place during the third week of September, with classes commencing in October to help with soccer season.

Hello stay at home parents or work from homers, we want to bring our calendar to your attention. We have mid day and early afternoon classes! Pop in after drop off or before pick up or on your lunch break! We hope to see you in the studio soon.

Raeleigh Studio from Kingsley will be at the Clifford Parkfest September 12th with an informational booth on yoga, pilates, and dance. Definitely something to check out!

We are thrilled to announce a special pop-up event this August! Join Donna and Tate for Mommy & Me Pilates on Sunday, August 23, at 1 PM.

All ages are welcome! Feel free to use the weights available in the studio or even your little one as your weight! Prepare for an afternoon filled with mom-friendly exercise and lots of laughter!
