We are proud to say that in under 6 hours yesterday we were able to have an amazing event. Hubby kicked out his usual crazy number of tattoos and with Stephanie added to the mix, we were able to raise $1625 for the Camden House.
Thank you all that participated and came out in support of this great cause. We will be doing more for them in the future too so please, keep an eye on upcoming events!

Good morning, Camden County and beyond.

I am sharing this QR code for anyone who would like to support Camden House but cannot be part of today’s events.

Camden House is a local safe haven for women and their families who are victims of domestic violence. The work they do in our community is incredibly important, yet they do not always receive the recognition, resources, or support they deserve. Today, several local businesses and individuals are coming together to help change that.

Axes & 8ights Sports Bar will open around 9:00 a.m. for a special motorcycle photo shoot with Kelly Hunter. We have a Street Glide inside for the ladies who would like to participate. Bring the outfit you have always wanted to wear, step outside your comfort zone, and have some fun while supporting an important cause.

Outside Axes & 8ights, the Nyx Sisters S**t Hut will be set up with books, merchandise, and more.

These Colors Don’t Run Tattoo & Piercing will be holding a fundraising flash tattoo event from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., with the final walk-in accepted at 2:30 p.m. If you already have an appointment or would like to see if there is still an opening, text 912.552.4653. We will do our best to get you in.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the tattoo event will go directly to Camden House.

House of Pain III in St. Marys is also joining the effort today. Please support them and everyone else who has stepped forward for this cause.

Every donation matters. Five dollars, ten dollars, fifty dollars or simply donating something Camden House needs can make a difference when an entire community comes together.

We are also accepting new and gently used clothing and shoes for infants, children, teens and adults, as well as appropriate non-perishable food items for their pantry. Please donate items that you would feel good about giving directly to a family in need. This is not the time to clean out old closets or expired pantry items. Give with dignity and with purpose.

Camden House is here for members of our community during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Today is our opportunity to be there for them.
