For anyone interested in The Elves Indoors: I will be taking the book down at some point in the near future. I’m working on a new, larger collection of stories and TEI may be included in that or a later collection (along with The Narwhal Dance and other COVID-related material).

In the meantime, if you want to purchase a copy of the book, it is still available at Amazon for the next month or so. After which, it will be a hotly prized first edition and you’ll wish you bought a dozen of them. Definitely an investment opportunity right there. Yep.

Hello everyone!

I’m pleased to announce that a new ebook version of The Elves Indoors will be available via Amazon in the next 72 hours, maybe sooner. It will be $2.99 in the US, five dollars less expensive than the physical book, yet produces the same royalties and donation to GetUsPPE.org (because Amazon is weird).

I’ll have an update soon about this and how you can arrange for me or Renate to do a live reading of TEI as Santa & Mrs. Claus!

3) I am temporarily suspending book signings until further notice. 4) I'm actively working on the ebook and will hopefully have an update on that this weekend.

This is the dedication page for The Elves Indoors. If you follow my personal account on Facebook, you know that Renate and I got married this past Saturday (June 27). I'm going to keep dedication as it is since it gives a good historical context when this was written. However, if you'd like me to write a little footnote at the bottom of your signed copy acknowledging we got married, please PM me and I'll be happy to add it.

June 28th update:

Author copies of The Elves Indoors have arrived! If you have sent in a request for a signed copy, I'll be reaching out to you and shipping copies tomorrow.

I'm working on an ebook version of The Elves Indoors, which should be out in early July. It will have a different format than the printed version (landscape doesn't work very well with e-readers), with text at the bottom of each illustration. It's what I was going to go with if I couldn't do the print version in landscape. The first image is a 2-page example in print, the second is the ebook equivalent.
