Fontenots Roller Rink

Fontenots Roller Rink Family skating and Vintage games for entertainment...disco lights and modern rock, rap, country, & a

Fontenot's Roller Rink began with my father & mother opening the rink in 1970, when I was in the 10th grade. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Sciences from Northwestern State University, my wife, Claire & I moved back to Kinder at the end of 1979 & bought the rink from my family, and we have been there ever since. The rink is a small rink, maybe the smallest in the state, but

has a great old pecan wood floor that is still in great skating shape after all these years. Disco UFO Lights line the ceiling, with mirror balls and rotating beacons & a strobe light illuminating the skating/dance surface...the floor is made of 5000 square foot of old hard pecan wood, and the concession stand has pool tables, vintage games, foosball, & pinball games. Both my wife, Claire, and I manage the store in a professional and conservative manner, witnessed by many parents who have left there children in our responsible hands for many nights.
