Deken is a freshman from Diana, Texas. He’s thrilled to portray Ned, an avid outdoorsman shaped by a cascade of personal tragedies, who seeks solace at the retreat to manage his intrusive thoughts, resulting in a character that is both tragic and hilarious.

💥 Student Spotlight – Ori Bedregal 💥

Ori is a sophomore from Lima, Peru. They’re excited to portray Jan, a Finnish pastor on sabbatical, who carries an almost silent, persistent grief for his late son, all while navigating the retreat with a small backpack of essentials and an imperfect grasp of the English language.
