Anaina Hou Community Park is a community-gathering place on Kauai’s north shore that is rooted in our diverse history and where we honor the culture of these islands that calls us to Malama (care for) the land & sea, ourselves, and each other. To this end, we dedicate ourselves to developing public and private partnerships that benefit our greater island community through education, health and public safety, environmental stewardship, and quality entertainment.

Over two decades together has led this funk six-piece to a unique style and cohesive musical chemistry, as seen in the band's immaculate live performances and seamless blend of funk, soul, jazz, and rock. With a fervent fanbase in tow, The Motet have sold out shows across the nation, performed seven headlining slots at Red Rocks and sets at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Bottlerock, Electric Forest, Bumbershoot, Summer Camp, and High Sierra.

HOME IN THE ISLANDS | NEW DATE: NOVEMBER 21

Home in the Islands at Anaina Hou Community Park, presented in partnership with the Henry Kapono Foundation, has been rescheduled to November 21, 2026.

Following Hurricane Lowell, Anaina Hou Community Park and Mālama Kauaʻi remain actively engaged in recovery and relief efforts. Moving the event to November allows everyone to stay focused on that important work now, while giving our community some time before coming together for some much-deserved GoodTimes Together.

This year’s event will now also help raise funds to support the ongoing recovery and relief efforts of Anaina Hou Community Park and Mālama Kauaʻi.

All previously purchased tickets will be honored on November 21. If you cannot attend, please reply directly to your original ticket confirmation email for assistance.
