Grindhouse Releasing is bringing the shocking, uncensored new restoration of CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST to select theaters in advance of the highly anticipated 4K UHD release! Don't miss a screening at the River Oaks Theatre on Friday, September 4 at 10 PM.

In 1979, four documentary filmmakers disappeared in the jungles of South America while shooting a film about cannibalism. Six months later, their footage was found. But no one has seen the full extent of Alan Yates’ horrifying documentary footage shot inside the “Green Inferno”…until now. We warn you: CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST is now more disturbing than ever. This is the ultimate version of Ruggero Deodato’s controversial masterpiece – the one that goes all the way.

It follows a young woman who, while investigating the death of her father, exposes disturbing secrets surrounding a local mortuary. A promotional trailer was shot exclusively for the film's release, which features actor Michael Berryman, though he never appeared in the film.🪦
