Our Mira Heart!
My wife and I visited this gallery while we were in KW this past week. We liked it so much, we ended up buying a piece there to have it shipped back home. We enjoyed the shopping experience so much, we planned on making at least five more purchases via the gallery...until our return two days after our initial purchase.
I was so excited about my recent purchase, I wanted my friends to see the gallery, meet the young lady that assisted us, and to see the pieces I planned on buying in the future. As we walked in, we were greeted and as I walked around pointing out different sculptures, the EXACT young lady that had spent about an hour or so with my wife and I less than two days earlier, joined our group. I mentioned to my group how helpful she had been and how I was looking forward to having the new piece arrive back home. The sales associate simply provided us with a blank stare. I reminded myself, she probably sees so many people come in here, she couldn’t remember them all at a glance, so I reminded her of our recent purchase and she said, “…oh, you would like to make a purchase?”
I will admit, that kind of tugged at me a bit. I spent $###X.xx amount of dollars there and she couldn’t even bother to remember interacting with us.
I enjoyed the gallery. I enjoyed the art. I did not enjoy the lack of personal customer service. Please do not get me wrong, she was helpful while she was making the sale, but once the payment processed, we were clearly wiped from her data banks.
We appreciate the service and information we received during our purchase, but I think we will deal directly with the artists from now on.
You know what keeps a repeat customer? Great prices, wonderful staff, and most importantly, a personal touch.

We’re gearing up for #DrunkenDragBrunch soon, hanging with the ladies at Hotdog Church, then ending the festivities at LaTeDa Tea Dance!! Let’s end this week with a bang💥 ladies!!
Today’s Brushes-N-Booze Event! Our guests had the opportunity to paint a “Pride Sunset” while they sipped and enjoyed a spread of appetizers.
