As the world’s premier wine-producing regions, their landscapes, heritage, and flavors will take center stage right here in paradise.
This year’s festival is driven by a simple philosophy:
the food, the stories, the culture, and the chefs who bring them to life.

Our visual and emotional anchor for 2027 explores how the earth's vast waters do not divide us, but rather tie our global traditions together.

To bring this fluid, interconnected theme to life, our featured festival artist is Humberto Castro, curated in partnership with Alaen Ledesma from Fine Cuban Art to Collect. Hailing from Cuba, their evocative artwork beautifully captures how the oceans and waters seamlessly link our continents, cultures, and culinary histories.

The line-up for this weekend: Focus on Italy!
Bardolino is a bright, light-bodied Italian red wine from the Veneto region, produced on the eastern shores of Lake Garda near Verona. Famous for its refreshing red berry flavors, soft tannins, and high versatility, it is often referred to as Italy's answer to Beaujolais.

Brancaia’s 2022 vintage from Tuscany offers a highly regarded portfolio of wines, ranging from their highly accessible "TRE" to their flagship "Il Blu". Because it was a warmer, slightly drier vintage, the 2022 Brancaia wines are praised for their extra textural weight, rich dark fruit flavors, and lush, velvety tannins.

Gran Villarini Appassimento Rosso is a full-bodied, organic Italian red wine produced in the Puglia region of southern Italy. Formerly sold under the label Casa Marrone, this wine is highly regarded for its rich flavor profile and traditional craftsmanship
