👏 A Huge Thank You to Our Kersey Days Committee! 👏
As we look back on Kersey Days 2026, we want to take a moment to recognize this group of people who worked behind the scenes who helped make the entire weekend possible!
The members of this committee are volunteers who gives their time because they care about our community and want to create something special for Kersey. Throughout the year, they gave up countless hours in the evenings to plan, organize, coordinate, and prepare for this year's event.
The work didn't stop there though. When Kersey Days finally arrived, they didn't just show up—they staffed both full days of the event, helping wherever they were needed from start to finish. From setup and logistics to activities, vendors, races, and everything in between, they were there to keep things moving.
We also want our community to know that Kersey Days is fully sponsor-funded. Every dollar of revenue generated through the event goes directly toward Kersey Days or is saved to help fund future years' events. That means the work of this committee, combined with the incredible generosity of our sponsors, allows us to continue bringing this celebration to our community.
To our committee members: thank you doesn't quite cover it. Your time, energy, ideas, hard work, and willingness to volunteer make Kersey Days what it is. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!
This event doesn't happen because of one person, it happens because a community comes together. ❤️
