Joey Delgado embodies a passionate approach to music with a blend of cultural influences that come together to create his memorable sound. His mission is to impact lives through the art of storytelling and connection with diverse audiences. Performing with his Delgado Bothers, solo and independent projects, Joey embodies heart and soul as the 2016 International Blues Challenge Best Guitarist. His is a true blues powerhouse guitarists and vocalist.

Jade Bennett-Matteo is a singer-songwriter whose voice is unmistakable and her story is amazing. No one sounds like Jade Bennett and Jade Bennett sounds like no one else. She has her own story to tell and her own brand of delivery that will absolutely give you the best chills you've ever felt. Drawing from personal demons and life changing trials, her songs breathe new life into the music world in a dark, sultry, smoky soul infused kaleidoscope of aural genius. Performing with her husband, love of her life, writing partner and guitarist, Gino Matteo as the Bennett Matteo Band. Gino says "I'm totally unbiased when it comes to musicianship and talent. If Jade didn't have the chops, I wouldn't put myself out there. She's got it all… In short, she's a badass”. Gino has since passed but Jade continues to keep their music alive, a beautiful partnership that can never be broken.

Tito's Handmade Vodka KERN RIVER ROCK n BLUES FEST presented by Mountain Dog Millworks September 24-27, 2026 brings you the General Plumbing VIP Party September 25th, 1:00-4:00pm. This exclusive party includes: performance by HOT TACO, Lunch & Drink, and a huge raffle.

HOT TACO - Formed in Bakersfield, CA, by Billy Russell and Chuck Seaton in 1999 with Tanner Byrom and Ron Mitchell and occasionally joined by Glenda Robles, this band has written and compiled a rather large catalog of songs that have been keeping the boys busy in the studio. Gathering a few of Bakersfield’s best and recorded as many songs that would fit on a CD, In fact the last song was interrupted half way through when the CD format ran out of room. Their first album is made up of classic hits the band loves to perform live. They currently finished 6 songs for their upcoming second CD and have been performing these new tunes at their shows.

CHICKENBONE SLIM & the Bisquits - Chickenbone Slim is an original Roots Rock artist based in San Diego, CA. His 4-piece band features the 2023 Blues Music Awards Best Blues Guitarist Laura Chavez (first woman and first hispanic in history to win the award). Signed in 2021 to Vizztone Records, Chickenbone’s 4th all-original album, “Serve It To Me Hot” received rave reviews and a 2021 San Diego Music award for Best Blues/Jazz recording. Chickenbone’s newest album “Damn Good and Ready”, recorded at Greaseland Studios, showcases Chickenbone's songwriting and the high quality band’s talent, and is a solid artistic updating of roots music for the 21st century.
Chickenbone Slim and the Biscuits are a four piece band with Laura Chavez on lead guitar (Candy Kane, Nikki Hill, Vanessa Collier) Marty Dodson on drums (Mark Hummel, Kim Wilson, Nikki Hill) and 21 year old prodigy Justice Guevara on electric and standup bass. The band performs 1-4 hours of primarily original music, from low volume dinner shows to full concerts, showcases, and festivals in the United States and Europe.

Kernville Saloon - spacious layout features classic elements like swinging bar doors, pool tables, and shuffleboard—all creating an inviting ambiance where locals and visitors alike can unwind with friends over drinks. The Sporty Bar, 9:00pm-12:00am - Dirty Pool Blues Band, A local dirty blues & old burned out rock band that's just looking to play some good ole Rockin' Blues music with a few bonehead friends around town... and we'll throw down a few classic rock tunes just to mix it up a tad bit.

Their performances go from dynamic slow groovin vibes to high end jump blues and swing and everything in between, with musicianship second to none.
Soulful, heartfelt, and at times in your face vocals by three guys that have all fronted multiple known bands. Groovin rhythms and tones by an unstoppable drummer and bass player that lock in every time. Sweet six string melodies and ripping leads along with piano and organ and a splash of killer harmonica.

The Hut 9:00pm-1:00am - Jeff Dale & the South Woodlawners are an award winning songwriter and performer, born and raised on the south side of Chicago.
A deeply rooted blues artist with more than four decades of experience, Dale has performed throughout the United States and internationally, with recent shows in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central America. In recognition of his lifelong contribution to original roots music, the City of Los Angeles honored him with a Living Legend Blues Award.
Through decades of touring and recording, Dale collected stories, guidance and musical wisdom from giants of the genre including Muddy Waters, B.B. King, Willie Dixon, Etta James, Albert King and Clifton Chenier—relationships that shaped both his musicianship and songwriting voice.
