Hey everyone! I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything. I'm looking at started a new class up. It's a cardio dance format called WERQ. It's a ton of fun! I might be a doing a FREE demo in a few weeks. The class would be on Tuesdays at 4pm in Kentwood. I'm just trying to get some "feelers" out there to see how much interest there would be for a class. Hey everyone! Just a reminder that I will be taking a break from classes until June 14th. Classes will be resuming in June at a new location and time! We will be having class at Kentwood Community Church starting June 14th at 10:00am. A optional free devotional will be offered before class that will start at 9:45am.
