We recently had the pleasure of welcoming the OASIS Floral Products North America team to Blacktail Events for a photoshoot featuring some seriously beautiful floral creations.

Founded right here in Kent in 1954, Smithers-Oasis has grown from the inventor of OASIS® Floral Foam into a global manufacturer serving the floral, horticulture, and specialty foam industries. Today, the company provides innovative products and solutions to customers in more than 130 countries while remaining headquartered in Kent.

How cool is that?!

We loved getting to share our space with another local business and see it transformed for the day. Thanks to the Smithers-Oasis team for choosing Blacktail as the backdrop for these beautiful shots!

June was our very first month of hosting events at Blacktail.

In our first month, we hosted four events: a baby shower, a photo shoot, a wedding reception, and a donor appreciation dinner. We also received 26 event inquiries.

We share this for one simple reason: to say thank you.

Opening a business comes with a lot of uncertainty. You take a leap of faith and hope it pays off.

After our first month, we have hope. And it’s because of all of you.

Thank you for every booking, inquiry, like, share, comment, and referral. Every bit of support has helped.

Thank you for helping keep our garage doors open—truly. And here’s to July!
