Current Points after Bremerton National Open Race 11 and 12. Races with pink highlight have been removed from point calculations. Super Street Points leader is now Zach Zurbrugg and Super Comp is now Mark Gillespie.

Race weekend is finally here August 29 & 30. Pay National Open entry at gate and then find Cindy at their pit. $75 member $85 non member. Both National Open and Association will pay.

After Saturday race we will have Street tacos. Please RSVP for dinner. If you want to bring something for everyone to share to compliment the tacos that is greatly appreciated.

This weekend at Pacific Raceways! 🏁

Racing will be 1/4 mile, perfect testing for the Northwest Nationals in two weeks.

Calling all Super Street and Super Comp racers are you planning on racing the National Event and want to get some extra runs in at Pacific? This weekend will be your chance the association is racing 1/4 mile. Tech cards are $50 and $75 member race entry ($85 non member) each day. If you decide to join association membership fee is $30. Camping fee $15. Our association will make a $10 donation per entry to PNWDRA. Contact Cindy Sims with any questions.

We as an association mourn the passing of Shane. He was a dedicated sponsor for our association for many years. Our prayers go out to his entire family. Race In Peace Shane

The Pro Mod world lost one of its own this weekend. Shane Molinari, a West Coast fixture and one of the most beloved figures in the doorslammer pits, died following a crash at Sonoma Raceway. He was 59. For the better part of two decades, the Battle Ground, Washington, racer was a constant out West, the guy everybody knew and nobody had a bad word for, as quick with a laugh in the pits as he was hard to beat on race day. He broke through on the national stage in 2017, wheeling his turbocharged '68 Firebird to his first NHRA Pro Mod victory at Norwalk with a 5.779 at 257 mph, but the wins were only ever part of the story. Shane did it the hard way, loved every minute of it, and brought people with him along the way. All in, all heart, grateful for the ride. Rest easy, racer.
