My featured piece this week is an abstract arcrylic I totled "Progress in Process." I think it says something about the nergy and the breakage that comes with forcing change to the status quo - and sometimes the bloodshed. I started with color anmd texture and developed more thematic elements as I went along, not arriving at a tille until it was complete and I needed one for a label.

I'm proud to be a founding member of Pittsford Fine Art a cooperative art gallery with 23 member artists. Earlier this month our gallery presented our story to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at RIT, Find my artwork and that of 22 other Rochester regional artists online and on Facebook and Instagram.
