🍐🫐 TOMORROW IS LOOKING LIKE A PERFECT PNW FARM DAY! 🌿☀️
Sunday, August 30th is shaping up to be one of those absolutely beautiful Pacific Northwest days at the farm — high 60s, a slight breeze, no blazing heat, and plenty to do outside.
Come wander the farm, visit the animals, let the kids enjoy the bounce houses while everything is dry, and do a little picking and foraging while you’re here!
🌿 CURRENT PICKING & FORAGING:
🫐 Berries
🍐 Pears
🌼 Chamomile
🌿 Yarrow
All included with admission!
PLEASE Bring your own containers and take a walk around the farm to see what you can find.
Summer isn’t over yet — but we ARE starting to see fall peeking around the corner. 🍂
Over the coming weeks, we’ll gradually begin transitioning some of our summer activities into our cozy fall ones.
🔥 S’mores fires are coming! S’mores will be an additional $3. Weather permitting, on those cooler days in the mid-to-low 60s, we’ll light the fire from 2–4 PM.
🔖 Our Bookmark Station will return on rainy days, and that’s included with admission.
🎃 And before long, you’ll start seeing pumpkins, cornstalks and all those wonderful little signs that fall has found its way back to the farm.
We’re also working on BIG plans for Tot Mornings, including covered bounce features so our littlest visitors can keep playing as the weather changes.
Our very large bounce features that our bigger kids love will eventually need to be retired and tucked away for the season, but don’t worry — we’re not slowing down. We’re simply changing with the seasons.
And perhaps the most exciting part…
❄️ THE FARM IS STAYING OPEN ALL WINTER! ❄️
We’ll be sharing much more about what winter at the farm will look like soon.
For now, let’s enjoy this beautiful little stretch between summer and fall.
Let’s pick berries and pears.
Let’s gather chamomile and yarrow.
Let’s visit the animals.
Let’s get our steps in.
Let’s put the screens away for a couple of hours.
And let’s keep making memories together.
This isn’t a big commercial attraction. We’re a very small, family-owned farm and animal sanctuary that has been incredibly fortunate to become an extension of our community.
There is no us without you.
Every admission, every return visit, every friend you bring and every post you share helps us continue caring for this place and the animals who call it home.
We appreciate every single one of you more than you know. ❤️
Come spend a perfect PNW Sunday on the farm with us tomorrow. 🍐🫐🌼🐴🌿
