Hi Clay Studio Creators!

Tomorrow (Sunday) we do have a wheel class until noon, and then another that starts at 2:00. So tomorrow the wheel side will only be open to the public from 12:00-1:45.

The glazing and handbuilding side will be open our usual hours, 11-4:00.

Glazing Techniques
August 27th | 1 day class | 9am -12 pm

In this three hour class, we will be learning the basics of glazing, including safety measures, types of glazes and exploring more advanced information such as the main components of glazes, glaze consistency, glaze preparation, keeping a glaze “record”.

Application techniques will also be reviewed - layering, masking and bubble glazing. Test pieces/tiles will be available for students to utilize.

Hi Clay Studio folks that have been students in one of our classes! This is a wonderful one day Pop-Up show happening soon. Do you have a piece you made here that you'd love to show the world? We have a sign up sheet at the gallery so we know how many folks to plan for artwise. Please sign up, and then bring your piece or pieces on the day of the show directly to Kenosha Senior Living, - at NOON on June 28th. Kindly consider having work in the show, and bring your people out to see it from 1-5:00! The address and other details are on the flier. We love seeing what you've been up to!
