Meet Miss Lily, a luminary who's been illuminating our studio with her passion and dedication! As a devoted student and assistant to Ms. Emily for years, she's now spreading her wings as a second-year instructor. With her teaching degree in hand, Miss Lily is empowering students in both the public school system and our dance studio. Her radiant energy is contagious, drawing everyone in with her warm smile and infectious enthusiasm! 🌟

This season, she's taking on a new challenge: choreographing for the competitive program! And with her trademark zeal, she's embracing this opportunity with open arms. Miss Lily remains committed to nurturing her core students, ensuring they receive the best training possible. She masterfully balances fun with focus, creating an environment that's both engaging and educational. With her versatile style expertise, she's excited to explore new choreography styles this season! 🎉

SPOTLIGHT: Maddie Richardson , Assistant Director & Head of Acro💫

Miss Maddie is a shining star in her first year as our assistant director and 4th year as a full-time instructor! With years of training and dedication, she's taken her role to new heights, driving our studio forward and growing our programs to empower our community.

Miss Maddie's teaching approach is a breath of fresh air - focused on progression, safety, and strength. Her lessons are a perfect blend of technique and flexibility, helping students unlock their full potential.

As a talented choreographer, Miss Maddie's work has been recognized by judges at competitions, and her passion for dance is contagious! She's also the mastermind behind our boys' hip hop curriculum and has trained other instructors to spread the love.

Miss Maddie's latest achievement? Becoming certified in Acrobatic Arts and revolutionizing our acro program with her expertise! She's dedicated to putting safety and technique at the forefront of our training, and we couldn't be more proud.

Miss Maddie embodies poise, grace, and a passion for teaching that inspires her students to reach new heights. She's the perfect role model, challenging her students to grow while nurturing their love for dance.
