What a great day for a youth tournament!

We had 44 bowlers today that participated. And when the dust settled- we have 2 new champions.

Handicap: Megan Straka defeated Michael Torgeson ina tight match that went down to the 10th frame.

Scratch: Christian Peterson defeated top-seed Jake Rakosky in a dominating final match.

Full tournament results and scholarship prize fund will be completed in the next few days and be posted when completed.

🚨🚨Entry deadline is Friday May 15, 2026 @ 6PM. Reminder: Sheridan Lanes will be closed with the exception of private events 5/4-5/15. Entries can be emailed or dropped off at GRC. (Ask the counter person to place in my folder).

Tournament is open to 2025-26 youth bowlers in good standing. Tournament is USBC certified and scholarships will be awarded through the USBC SMART Program.

3 divisions: handicap (190 or below), boys scratch and girls scratch.

**Separate Girls and Boys Scratch divisions will be held dependent on entries. If we do not meet the minimum threshold determined by tournament management, the scratch division will be co-ed. Tournament management will make the call on 5/14/26 regarding the scratch division

TOTAL entries will be capped at 88.
