That’s a wrap on another Best Week of Summer!

From five nights of action at the Horse Heaven Round-Up to packed grandstands and unforgettable moments, it was a great week celebrating the Western traditions that are such a big part of our Fair.

A big thank you to Pendleton Wh**ky for supporting the event and helping make another incredible week of rodeo, entertainment and community possible.

Thank you for joining us in 2026. We’ll see you next summer, August 24–28, 2027!

The week after the Fair looks a little different around here. 🎡

The crowds are gone. No one is roaming the rows of pens to see the animals, sitting in the stands watching a show, deciding what to eat next or figuring out which ride to hit.

But, boy, are we busy!

Here’s something you may not realize about the Fair: much of what you see during the Best Week of Summer is temporary.

The Benton Franklin Fair Association rents the Fairgrounds, which means our staff and volunteers spend the days immediately following the Fair taking it all apart, cleaning up and turning the majority of the grounds back over within five days. It’s a pretty incredible transformation when you think about everything that happens here during Fair week!

And while the Best Week of Summer may be over, our work isn’t.

We are a nonprofit organization with a mission to develop young leaders through hands-on agricultural experiences that build responsibility, resilience and real-world skills. The Fair is the culmination of that work each summer, but our mission continues all year long.

Over the coming months, we’ll share more about what happens beyond the Best Week of Summer and the work we do year-round to create opportunities for local youth.

In the meantime, thank you for being part of the 2026 Benton Franklin Fair and for supporting the youth at the heart of everything we do. 💗

WHAT A YEAR! To every cowboy, cowgirl, fan, volunteer, sponsor, and family who walked through the gates — thank you. You showed up. You brought the energy.

You made this the greatest year in Horse Heaven Round-Up history!!

We couldn’t do it without you.

What a way to close out the Hayden Homes Summer Concert Series! El Jerry Gerardo Coronel took the ICCU Stage for a night full of dancing, singing, laughter, and plenty of smiling faces throughout the crowd. It was the perfect way to celebrate one last concert at the fair.

The Animal Costume Contest this year did NOT disappoint! 🐔🐷🐐🐑🐄

What a week! To everyone who came out for the food, rides, livestock, concerts, Horse Heaven Round-Up and everything in between, THANK YOU for spending the Best Week of Summer with us!

While Fair week may be over, our work continues year-round to develop young leaders through hands-on agricultural experiences that build responsibility, resilience and real-world skills, strengthening our community for generations to come.

Thank you to our exhibitors, volunteers, sponsors, partners and Fairgoers for making this week possible. ❤️

When the crowd knows every word, sometimes you just let them take it from there.
