Today I finished my Terminator 2 restoration project. Modifications included:
Lighted back panel on the playfield.
New Buthamburg playfield.
Mirror blades.
Light blue powder coating matching the cabinet color to the side rails, legs, hinges, lock down bar and coin door.
T800 skull added to the playfield with glass eyes.
Lighted flipper buttons.
Added lights to the back box for the new translite and miscellaneous mods.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the finished machine. It turned out really great.

Got the underside of the playfield done. Almost got the top side finished. Just about ready to install it into the main cabinet. Have just a little more work to do. I’m tired and stopping for the day. Should be able to finish it tomorrow.

Working on my restoration T2 again. On the playfield backboard I decided to change the wood board to see-through plastic/plexiglass and have the artwork redone so I could backlight it. I’ve done this before on my medieval madness, creature from the black lagoon and Congo.  Which turned out amazing well and so did this. Check out the progress pictures and let me know your thoughts.

Well finally got Brent and Lori to come over to our game room last night. Wow! Did we have a great time visiting together talking about pinball and playing them too. Had our close friends over too Karl and Rita Pool. The cocktails were sure flowing and had our mini beer shots too. This is what’s it all about, great friends and good times. Look forward for more.

Just got in my new modified T2 skull that I had a guy make for me. Turned out amazing!
