North Cobb High School Orchestra

North Cobb High School Orchestra Notes and musical messages from the North Cobb High School Orchestra The North Cobb High School Orchestra was founded in 1994.

Since its inception, the orchestra has grown to over 150 members, comprising of three performing ensembles. The orchestra has earned numerous “Superior” ratings at GMEA’s Large Group Performance Evaluation, and in 2001, the orchestra was featured at the GMEA Conference in Savannah, GA. Under the direction of Dr. Paula Krupiczewicz, 2008 to present, the North Cobb Orchestras have traveled to Orland

o and most recently, in April 2012, to London, England where they performed at Actor’s Church, Spitifield’s Market, St. Andrew’s Church, and the Emmanuel United Reformed Church in Cambridge, UK. North Cobb students regularly perform with the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Youth Symphony, District Honor Orchestra, and Georgia All-State Orchestra.
