Saturday morning June 6th, well like everyone else we’ve been watching the weather all week and tonight‘s forecast.

We had showers Thursday, Friday and again at 3:00 am this morning and everything is currently not in the best conditions for racing.

We don’t believe with the cost of fuel being what it is and the 80% chance of rain around 8:30 pm tonight that its in the best interest of teams, fans and the track to try and race to only get washed out.

Most folks may already have a second option so the earlier we can call the race off will allow teams to make their alternative plans with family or to find another race and hopefully everyone will appreciate that, so again we hate to cancel tonight’s race but with the forecast we have decided to go ahead and call off tonight’s race at Kennedale Speedway Park.
