2018 gelding by Heats up out of one of our great all around mares!

• 2 years old
• AQHA papers IN HAND “HOTTERNHELL”
This guy has plenty of bone like his sire and dam and is in his pasture clothes! Just think how good he’d look all muscles up and on grain!
He stands tied, loads and leads great! He took the saddle great and I have ridden him about 5 times in a rope halter and even took him out of the round pen and pushed our steers around slowly in the pasture! He is cautious, but I say that in a positive way! I used to think he was watchy but he is just skeptical and a thinker. He learns fast! He is constantly surprising me with how quick he picks things up. I normally leave the first rides to my husband but I crawled onto his back the first day I saddled him and he did great!
He won’t be a dead-headed horse. He is going to be the kind of horse that looks and thinks! I’m confident he is going to make someone an awesome mount!

The dam side of of this pedigree is filled with cutters and cow horses. I will post pictures of his dam in the comments as well.
I would love to see him shown in roping, ranch horse events at the AQHA shows because I’m certain that in the right hands, he is going to make a GREAT horse and that’s what we had originally intended to do with him.
Unfortunately life happens and we are downsizing our herd from 17 head to 4.
