I've been mulling over my pitch to try and increase my Patreon support for awhile now. I've never felt very confident in my ability to sell myself or deliberately call attention to myself(too many years of trying to go unnoticed in my childhood to have developed much comfort in it). I've settled on the straight forward approach. I need to bring in more income to easy the burden on my partner who is the major bread winner. Summer meant higher than expected electric bills and being on our own means everything has gotten tighter. I am trying to find what events I can to try and generate sales, but that is always an uncertain thing. Right now the only dependable income I have is my small group of patrons supporting my creative journey. In hopes of reaching more people who might be willing and able to pitch in, I am putting it out here. For as little as $1/month you can see all my creations first and get my thoughts on the choices I made. $5 or more will get you a 10% discount on any Bookworm Arts creation on the Duncan's Books and More square store. I'm looking into how to offer a new code every month for continued subscribers. More options will be offered as I figure out what level I feel I can be consistent with while not over promising anything. Thought I'd show off the newest pieces I've made ahead of Fandomania in Prescott Valley on Saturday. Technically the dragon is a repair of an older piece, but it will be available so I wanted to include it. Not sure if I will get anything more done, though I have some ideas I want to work on.
