Freelance graphic design My name is Karli Klintworth and I am the artist behind Whimsy Hues.

I am on a quest to develop a unique “visual language” to describe what I find most beautiful and intriguing in this world. I challenge myself to look at a landscape in front of me and extract from it the colors, textures, and shapes that are the most "me". I call these my “Whimsy Hues”. With every completed illustration I am one composition closer to becoming fluent in my language of "Whimsy Hues"

. I hope that as I continue to develop my colorful and funky language, others will find joy in how it's captured on canvas. It’s not always important to know how or why we like a painting. It’s an instinctual knowing. "This makes me happy."
