It’s a tough day, both physically and emotionally as we tear out and remove equipment from our studio.

Due to a decision made by our building’s new owner, and despite our attempts to extend our lease, Temple Sounds will cease operations effective immediately. We’re looking for a new space and will rebuild bigger and better, but sadly it’s going to take some time.

To all our clients and friends who made it possible, we thank you.

To John Hulston, our former landlord and friend: You are a great man, and words can’t describe our gratitude.

It was recently announced that Temple Sounds Co-Founder and Co-Owner Douglas Nelson will be stepping down.

Doug, along with Co-Founders Tim Gutschenritter and Jeremy Wilson created a vibe that simply cannot be duplicated. With the continued operational improvements of JB Moreland and the investments in gear made by current owners Lin Buck and Garrett Nordstrom, Temple Sounds will continue the evolution of this magical space.
