Sincerest apologies folks, but I have shut down the Locust Factory in order to pursue other ventures, like working my ass off for a paycheck, making my own artwork, and generally living my life:-) My hopes are that someone else be taking over the space in a similar manner, soon, and will post that info here. Please stop by and see me at the Main Street Gallery KC (above Anton's Tap Room) on First Fridays, where I am still hosting fabulous shows with my partner Jody Wilkins. Locust Factory First Friday Art Fair presents:

Release party for HarbingHer- a locally produced, student run magazine highlighting women’s issues. Created by Shawnee Mission East High School students, each issue will explore a variety of topics related to feminism and gender equality. Magazines will be available for a suggested donation of 2$.
