UMKC Conservatory Crescendo The UMKC Conservatory annual fundraising event for scholarships. Music, dance and theater performanc The performance takes place at the stunning Kauffman Center.

Crescendo is the primary fundraiser for the UMKCConservatory and is one of the premier art events in Kansas City, MO. It is a prism style performance put together by UMKCConservatory students and faculty where several ensembles perform in uninterrupted succession from different locations around the concert hall. The evening starts with a cocktail hour, which is followed by a dinner and ends with the performance, the Crescendo moment of the night! Cocktail hour and dinner are attended by donors who sponsor at various levels and the performance is for everyone who purchases a ticket to view.
