It's always crazy to me how using more air in my voice somehow helps me conserve my breath better. By using more air, I can hold notes longer. So weird.

My name is Erica Pehrson. I'm a mezzo-soprano who graduated from Brigham Young University- Idaho with a Bachelor of Music, emphasis in Vocal Performance. I've lived in Orem for almost three years now. I love to sing and hope to share that with my students! My favorite thing about singing is the performance. I hope to teach my students how to demand attention onstage with confidence. If students are interested, I like to teach basic music theory as well as sight singing to improve their foundation. A solid foundation is the most important part of a great singer!
