Two years later, we came back to Zumba for one night and my heart is SO full.

Whether tonight was your first time with MCD, your 10th class, or you’ve been here since the beginning—thank you for showing up, dancing with me, and being part of this community.

What started as Maria’s Cardio & Dance has grown into something I could’ve never imagined.

Two years ago, I took a chance on a dream.
In August 2024, Maria’s Cardio & Dance was born. I had no idea where it would lead, but I knew I loved bringing people together through movement.
Life had other plans when I stepped away to welcome my twins into the world. When I returned, that dream had grown into something even bigger—MCD Fitness Club.

To celebrate two years since this journey began, we’re going back to where it all started.
