“Loving yourself” Is an action phrase.
On a daily basis I have to actively love my mind, body and soul- if I don’t, I find that I start to shrivel under the words that the world says about me. Love yourself where you are. .Rolls and all👏🏾

This year got me all the way messed up 🥴 but out of all this mess I’ve learned what my body needs

If you know me, you know I STAY up on that skin care routine. In the morning and at night I spend about 15 minutes taking care of my melanin 🤎

When people start acting crazy in my comments I usually don’t unfriend, block or even delete the comment.

As a community, we are all still processing the moment one of us was stolen off the shores of Africa.
