A9iversary Week is getting closer!

We’re coming up on one year of Atlas9 the week of September 29th, and we’re celebrating with special events, movies, artists, performances, and a few surprises along the way.

Here’s what’s on the calendar so far:

🐢 9/30: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) Movie Nite
🎨 10/1: Atlas9 Artist Q&A Panel ($9 admission includes access to the full Atlas9 experience!)
🚗 10/2: FREE outdoor showing of Back to the Future

We’re excited to have Zac Hall and Adrian Stein of Haze Labs back at Atlas9 for our A9iversary Artists’ Panel + Q&A on October 1st.

They’re the creative minds behind some of the most surreal spaces in Atlas9, taking you from a black-and-white film noir alleyway to a mysterious study and into a crystal realm that feels like another world.

Come hear them talk about how those spaces came together, the ideas behind the work, and all the little details you might have missed along the way. Then, stick around for a live Q&A and a chance to chat with the artists in their rooms throughout Atlas9.

In 1990, MTV aired something the world wasn’t ready for. Just 13 episodes, then it disappeared...

On Thursday, September 24th, experience This Is Buzz with an immersive takeover of Atlas9. Rare footage, archival artifacts, music videos and imagery will spill throughout Atlas9’s 30+ rooms, turning the space into a walk-through extension of the film. Then watch the documentary on the HOLOMAX screen, followed by a live Q&A with director Mark Pellington and performances by Quixotic.

Starting September 1st, Atlas9 is expanding its hours so you can experience the Reel World earlier in the day and throughout the week.

Tuesday–Thursday: 9AM–9PM
Friday: 9AM–11PM
Saturday: 10AM–11PM
Sunday: 11AM–7PM
Monday: Closed to the public for field trips & events

Quixotic performances begin at 4PM on weekdays and throughout the day on weekends.

TIM BURT-OBER IS COMING TO ATLAS9 🖤

October is getting delightfully weird. We’re celebrating the gothic, goofy, spooky world of Tim Burton with four Movie Nites:

10/7 FRANKENWEENIE: Kick off the month with Sparky, Victor, and a little delightful macabre mayhem. A portion of every ticket will be donated to Great Plains SPCA.

10/14 EDWARD SCISSORHANDS: A strange, beautiful fairy tale about love, loneliness, and a man with a very unusual set of hands.

10/21 BEETLEJUICE: Say it three times. You know what happens next.

10/28 THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS: Halloween Town meets Christmas Town on the big screen.

And then we’re ending the month with something VERY special...

10/29 THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW: A special Movie Nite presentation with live performances by Quixotic & friends and plenty of audience participation.
