Our goal is to inform people about the most terrifying events in KC and all manner of blood streaked fun. Formed in 2006, The Kansas City Horror Club is a web based social club that gathers online as well as in person to enjoy events and activities related to the horror genre. Our goal is to inform people about the most terrifying and gory events in KC - films, major releases as well as foreign films and independent screenings, all things zombie, charitable events and all manner of blood streaked fun. In short, we are the home for the spooky kids! How does it work? Just show up at the location mentioned, shout "HEY! WHERE ARE THE HORROR CLUB PEOPLE?!" and when they wave at you, walk over and join the shenanigans!

Well well well… look what the horror fans dragged in. 🖤🔪

Kansas City Horror Club somehow ended up with TWO events on the final ballot for Best of KC 2026 by Kansas City Magazine.

Apparently you monsters couldn’t pick just one… so now the rest of us have to suffer the consequences.

So the real question is: how are YOU going to decide?
Will it be our annual spooky fall double feature at the drive-in… or festive holiday chaos with Krampus and horror vendors? Tough choices. We know.

All sarcasm aside, we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who comes out, supports our weird little markets, shops with our vendors, and helps keep Kansas City’s horror community thriving. These events only exist because of you.
