The Moderne Loft was created to be more than just an event space. It’s a place where birthdays are celebrated, businesses grow, babies are showered with love, friendships gather around tables, and memories are made.

One of the things we love most? What you see is what you get. The decor, furniture, and styling pieces throughout the space are all included because we believe creating a beautiful event shouldn’t mean spending thousands on rentals and extras.

We’re passionate about supporting our community and making meaningful celebrations accessible. Whether you’re hosting a milestone moment or simply gathering the people you love, our goal is to help create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and uniquely yours.

At The Moderne Loft, community has always come first.

We never wanted this to feel like just another venue. We wanted it to feel like a place where people gather, celebrate, create, and truly connect. A space that feels welcoming the second you walk in.

That’s exactly why we don’t charge extra for our decor inventory when you rent with us. No add-ons, no surprise fees, no nickel and diming. Because the heart behind this space isn’t about squeezing every dollar out of a moment… it’s about making those moments feel full, easy, and taken care of.

I’m realizing I don’t show up on here as often as I’d like because we stay so busy at The Moderne Loft, I sometimes forget how much you all love seeing this space and the beautiful moments that happen inside it.

This past week, I was lucky enough to be there for the sweetest proposal. It may have been a little rainy, but the love in the air made it feel so warm and special. One of those moments you can just feel, and I’ll never get over being a small part of days like that. 💛

We’re booking up quickly for the year, and I truly can’t say thank you enough to each and every one of you who trusts us with your special moments. From baby showers to bridal showers to weddings, it means so much to be part of your story.
