For this Right at Home conference in Las Vegas, the main ballroom was busy - general sessions, breakout sessions, awards, and Bingo Loco all within the same space.

The challenge wasn’t just transforming the room physically. It was transforming the energy with it.

Through lighting, audio, video, and room design, each setup created a different experience for attendees while keeping transitions smooth behind the scenes.

A room should never feel one-dimensional, especially at a multi-day conference. These photos show just how much a space can shift when production is designed to support the moment.

From Colorado to Florida and beyond. 🌎

Last week, our team partnered with Garney for 2026 Garney Rehydrate, the company’s hybrid annual meeting.

While one crew was set up in Colorado, another was in Florida capturing a Garney employee receiving a special award.

The Florida team live-streamed the reaction back to the meeting in real time, allowing the entire company to experience the moment together from across the country. 👏

Back in 2007, Kris Nardini started this as a DJ side gig while teaching. That foundation still shows up in how we work today.
