Tried the new place downtown tonight and it was FABULOUS! The interior has been exquisitely transformed into a very cool vibe hangout. Paloma was 10/10 and it’s usually my fav cocktail but then I tried the “As the Sun Goes Down” and whoa, tang foam, is very tasty - new FAV. Tacos delish, especially the mahi and shrimp. So happy to have this new restaurant in our hood.

Hey Emptynester Saturday Friends! Join us for cocktails and movie snacks at B&B Theatres New Longview 6:30pm to 10:30pm TONIGHT! My artist friend Gayle Faulkner is hosting a solo art show. Her textural acrylic paintings MUST be seen in person! Sit in the cool a/c, relax! (No walking in the heat). There will be live music, too. The bar area is large and Art Deco style. You don’t have to see a movie.

K, this sounds crazy, but we’ve discovered the most unusual, delicious wine - Pearpeno - pear, jalapeño infused white wine. Seriously, drive to Peculiar for a bottle!
