😱Self portrait in acrylic paint (no filter obviously 🙄😂) I decided to use bold yellow and orange 🍊 colors to mimic the sunlight that I am 100% enjoying this summer and added a French beret hat to suggest the fact that I’m a painter! 👨‍🎨 although I suppose that stereotype may not be true for ALL artists haha.

“✂️ Messy Room✂️” SWIPE ➡️ see some CLOSEUPS of this abstract painting✨ made with acrylic! 😝😝😝 I started painting objects 📚✏️ on my desk out of boredom, but I actually think the painting turned out really well! What do you think??? 🤔🤔🤔 I tried to use the complementary color composition of blue and red to create the effect seen in this painting. I might try and do more abstract paintings 🖼 🎨 like this if you like it!

✨Made with oil pastels! 😆✨ These lips 👄 don’t lie - I absolutely love using oil pastels to show light, colour and shadow by 🤯🤯🤯OMG yesterday my state (Kansas 🌾🐄) announced that in-person class wouldn’t happen for the first quarter of the school year which means I’m gonna be stuck at home learning mitochondrial DNA 🧬 and galactic 🌌 parallax! I’m kind of sad but also understand the desperation and COVID-19 situation. 🤭🤗😷

What’s your ✨dream✨ vacation 🤔🤔🤔(After the whole pandemic is over anyways 😂)? Mine is the BEACH 🤤 🏖 I personally love the brisk wind in trees 🌲 which is probably why I like drawing/painting leaves in all my 😆😆😆

✨SOMETHING IS FISHY!🐠💀 I used my special Sakura white and to make this dead fish 🐟 head!! What do YOU think about it?? 🤔🤔🤔 Recently I’ve been absolutely LOVING black backgrounds because they allow the whites to really pop 🎇 and create that nice look 👀 but I’ve been experimenting with a lot of art mediums lately so I guess we will see which once actually sticks 😂😂😂

I went figure skating ⛸ today, and afterwards the junior ice hockey team played their game and used the ice. I’m just thankful that we figure skaters got to use the ice BEFORE they messed/scratched it up 😂. Do you guys have any funny stories recently?

✨👽greetings earthlings✨ IM BACK! 😆 For this artwork I decided to use both my ink dip pen set AND colored pencil set.
👀 I know everyone has been debating going back to school 🏫 but if there is one GOOD 😊 thing about going back to school it’s that I get to use my school’s vast art supply resources instead of my own!

The pickles and tomatoes 🍅 in my garden 🧺 are growing strong but it is almost the end of the season for them which means it is getting close to autumn 🍂🌲. Omg everyone is gonna be dressing like a medicine doctor 👩‍⚕️ for Halloween 👻 🎃 o can just feel it. That is definitely gonna happen because you can wear those 17th century masks 😷😂😂😂

OMG This blew me away!!!! 😆😆😆 what do YOU think? 🤔 Do you know what challenge this is? I found it on and I just couldn’t stop thinking about it! Here are the steps if you want to ✨Follow Along✨

1. Draw a bunch of random blobs of color 🤪
2. Draw faces/animals/etc. using the shapes outline 🤩
3. POST IT! (you can tag me in your artwork and I’ll see it!!!) 💖

In other news: I’m starting to get more into and but maybe that’s because it’s kinda dark outside where I live (in the Midwest baby) and it sucks taking pictures of traditional art 😂😂😂 I always find it hard to pick one or the other type of art medium they both have advantages 😌🥰

I LOVE 🥰 eating lemons for the way their sour taste that doesn’t leave your mouth 👄 unless you brush your teeth 🦷 really well; I decided to show my appreciation by drawing them with my from 😁

OMG 😱 I can’t believe that it is already Augusta because that means that I have to attend school in ONE ☝️ MONTH ahhhh. And I have no idea if they will shut down the school system if cases in COVID-19 spike again 😟😟😟 I guess I’ll know soon.

✨😱 I got a NEW moleskin sketchbook! ✨ IVE NEVER BEEN MORE EXCITED 😱😳 for a new sketchbook because this one is the perfect 👌 size to draw in because I can carry it around with me anywhere I go 🏃‍♀️ like to the mountains on vacations⛰, the beach 🏖 or the city 🌃!!! I can’t wait to start showing you this new project that I’ve been working on in this sketchbook so I hope your EXCITED!!! 😆😆😆

✨Hello!✨Which angel do you like best???🤔🤔🤔 I used the method to create the shadows on the and I honestly think it looks fairly nice! I’ve always love using cross hatching ever since I was in, like, middle school and realized ACTUALLY HOW to cross hatch correctly!

I’m also thinking of starting 😱😱 for (mainly) oil pastel portraits so let me know what YOU would like to buy from me in the comments down below!!! ⬇️ This is gonna be a major milestone for me so I cannot wait!

I also need to order some things for my art supply stash this week. I need acrylic paint and MORE white oil pastels because I use them so quickly lol 😂 so be on the LOOKOUT 👀 👀 for some oil pastel portraits to start again.
