I still love this bookmark, especially after a good snow storm like the one Upstate NY just had this week.

💀BEAUTIFUL MAYHEM💀

There’s been a sudden upswing in orders for this bookmark recently. With three kids doing full remote schooling every day along with running two businesses while trying to release a new book...I think Beautiful Mayhem is a pretty good description for my life right now😆 Anyone else?

SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT:
My Etsy shop will be on break for the next week to spend quality time with my family. I’ll be opening back up after New Years.
This holiday season has been by far the craziest and most stressful for small businesses I’ve ever experienced but I got lucky with having extremely understanding and patient customers. Thank you. You have no idea how much it kills me to know things are not perfect and that I have no control over making them be perfect.

What’s the weather like where you live right now?
It’s been off and on snow all day here in upstate New York but none of it is sticking quite yet. It’s been gorgeous to sit inside all warm and comfortable to watch though.

CÒSAGACH: the Scottish term for snug, sheltered, and warm.

What are some things bringing you joy or comfort right now?
What are your loving?

For me it’s-
⭐️ As always, my endless supply of Twizzler Nibs. They’re not helping matters with the Texas-sized cavity currently wreaking havoc in my mouth but my daily serving (or two) after dinner help make me happy.☺️
⭐️ Trying new teas from some different boxes I’ve ordered. I am absolutely DRAGGING this week and need all the sugar laced caffeine I can get. (Have I mentioned my dentist hates me but loves my bill?)
⭐️ My joggers from Target.com that I practically live in.
⭐️ Being able to sit in bed in said joggers to get all my online shopping for the holiday season done.
⭐️ The fact that my 13 year old son has big enough feet (size 13+) now for me to be able to steal his socks every day. Idk why but I love his socks more than mine and he denies me nothing even tho he pretends to hate me showing up every morning to steal them.
⭐️ My foot bath I bought from Walmart to soak my feet in after spending all day Thanksgiving cooking.
⭐️ The bird that comes to sleep under my front porch cover every night. It didn’t show up for a couple nights and I worried but it’s back and I’m really glad nothing happened to it. My hubby hates it (and the mess it makes) so I have to open the front door every night in secret to tell it goodnight but oh well.

Some of these may seem really small and stupid but they make each day better and bring me bits of happiness that could easily be overlooked. I hope you have some too. I’d love to hear about them.⭐️
