Our recently closed bar Trago, was a vision first inspired by the Hispanic dishes made by my departed grandma, Anna Maria Rosa Carlota Urrutia Evans, aka Muneka, aka Neka, and since that is more than a mouthful, we'll just call her Mimi. Mimi taught me to show love and appreciate for friends and family through food, drink & hospitality. All things that we pride ourselves on providing at Fuego. Our mission for Fuego is to provide an eclectic, fun, and upscale bar and speakeasy where people can mingle and socialize while experiencing custom cocktails, as well as unique and delicious, shareable foods (tapas & charcuterie). Our vision of Fuego is a place to meet your friends and co-workers to drink, snack, and listen to great music, a date night where you can sit and forget about the stresses of the day, or a girls' night out sharing a pitcher of sangria.
