Calligraphy of the letter H! I’ll try to share a flourished version I do for wedding envelopes at some point

Letting my wedding envelope calligraphy speak for itself! This suite has both outer and inner envelopes which is always fun to work on!

It’s been a little radio silent here as we welcomed our fourth baby! Miss Wava Jo was born 1/26/26 and we have just been soaking her in! Shoutout to my sister .schiedermayer for the amazing watercolor card and embroidered sweatshirt!!

G for growth. Working my way through the alphabet. 1. For practice, 2. For discipline, and 3. To try to isolate letters I need to really spend some time on!

Continuing on trying to be more intentional in 2026 with how I practice. Flourishing F is one of my favorites! Gotta love the nib scratch ASMR too

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit”-Aristotle
While I’m no where near excellent, I do hope to get closer to it over time. One day I’d like to be certified. That’s one of the reasons I’m starting back at the beginning. I want to see where I’m at, and see how far I can go! There are little things about this letter that need to be fixed, but I just need to keep working at it with consistency and one day I’ll have built the muscle memory needed for excellence!
