Join us Saturday, October 3rd, for an elegant evening of history, legacy, fine dining, live music, and celebration as KAA-MaCC commemorates its 13th Anniversary and honors the Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

The evening begins with the Reception at 5:00 p.m., followed by the Formal Program at 6:00 p.m. Following the opening program, guests will enjoy fine dining by Savory Moments of Huntersville, North Carolina, accompanied by the soulful sounds of James Jonathan French, performing during the Dinner Hour before the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony continues.

The Kannapolis African-American Museum & Cultural Center, Inc. (KAA-MaCC) is excited to launch the first FREE Vision 2026 Family Arts+Culture Workshop in partnership with our valued community-centered partner, Bethel Baptist Church Ministries!

Families are invited to experience “Heart of Us,” a guided poetry workshop designed to inspire connection, creativity, and self-expression. Through storytelling, writing prompts, and meaningful conversations, participants of all ages will explore shared values such as love, courage, kindness, joy, and honesty—while creating a special Family Values Poem to take home.

Together with Bethel Baptist Church Ministries, KAA-MaCC is proud to help provide meaningful cultural and creative experiences for children and families in our community.
